Chop the onions and bell peppers small pieces. You can use any color bell peppers but using three different colors give the dish a beautiful color and flavor.
Heat your pan for a few minutes and add the oil. Next we add the cumin seeds. When the seeds start the sizzle, add the chopped onions and stir for a few minutes.
Add the bell peppers and give it a good stir till the edges star browning.
Add the frozen peas, stir and cover the pan to let the veggies soften up as they steam. Remove the lid a few times to stir the veggies so they don't stick to the bottom of the pan. You can sprinkle a little water if needed. The veggies should be cooked in about 10 minutes.
